Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 3 hours will incur a £25+VAT cancellation fee.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

Returns & Refunds

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items.
• Perishable goods.
• Items marked as "final sale."
